My passion among the YMCA impacts is Youth Empowerment. Thanks to the youth-focused policy of the WAY, I had the opportunity to serve in the YMCA at various levels in the past two decades. I had played a vital role to induce more youths with gender balance in the YMCA governance to make the YMCAs more youth-centered. I strongly believe that inspired youth will transform the world as well as YMCA to be more mission-oriented and response-able.
